Matt Jones could soon be swapping Holloway for Hollywood - after producing his first film.
The big time beckons for the 25-year-old after he persuaded a hot shot producer and top TV actor to help out with his 20-minute movie called Hawk.
John Pevrall, who produced cult Vietnam war film The Deer Hunter, was a mentor on the film and the Doctor Who baddie Philip Madoc played the lead role.
The film will premiere in February next year and Mr Jones is then set to take it on a tour of the world's top film festivals, including Cannes and Venice. Since filming his first mini-movie at the age of 15, Mr Jones has been determined to see his work reach the big screen.
He spent more than £30,000 and more than a year and a half working on Hawk, which was shot over 18 days in North Wales with a crew of 42. Mr Jones said: ''it was the biggest challenge I've faced but it was great fun and I'm really pleased with the final outcome. When the film is actually shown it's going to be a massive moment.''
