A NEATH youngster has proved the lengths to which he is willing to go in his quest for
stardom. Steffan Thomas not only had to take a break from his normal school life, he also had to change the colour of his barnet. The 14-year-old has started filming a new British movie, called Hawk, in Brecon. But the part means the Cwrt Sart Comprehensive School pupil has had to change his hair colour from blond to brown.
He paid a visit to the Mark Jermin Salon in Belle Vue Way, Swansea, where his locks were darkened in preparation for his big role. The talented actor is a member of the Mark Jermin Stage School in Swansea. The film, starring a number of Welsh actors, is about a boy’s obsession with a hawk. Steffan has already starred in a number of television advertisements including ones for Nestle, AOL and Quorn. The film is expected to be released next year.
